Research Support Specialist
Waheeda holds a degree in Family, Youth and Community Sciences with double Minor in Education and Youth from the University of Florida. She has 20 years of experience in the child welfare system, where she developed her skills in case management, quality assurance, recruitment and retention, marketing, federal grant management, corporate event planning and fundraising. As a developed leader in the community, she was often found working with community stakeholders and staff members to ensure the safety of children and families. She is a developed manager with an operations perspective who leads the implementation of the Herbal Heart Study.
